The PRS SE Ed Sheeran Hollowbody I Piezo Baritone offers musicians an incredible fusion of deep, resonant baritone low-end and pristine acoustic-electric versatility. Designed alongside the record-breaking British artist, this unique instrument boasts a fully hollow mahogany body capped with a beautiful maple top for rich, acoustic-inspired warmth. Consequently, guitarists can effortlessly command attention on any stage with eye-catching looks and an infinite well of inspiring tones.
A Masterclass in Premium Construction and Playability
Furthermore, this exceptional guitar features a highly comfortable Wide Fat maple neck profile, which Paul Reed Smith originally perfected for legendary icons in the 1970s and 1980s. This standard-production signature model is also decorated with traditional PRS “Birds” inlays and crisp cream binding across an easy-playing rosewood fingerboard. Therefore, you can expect an exceptionally smooth playing experience that enhances both complex chord work and low-tuned melodic leads.
Double the Sonic Flexibility with Hybrid Electronics
Equally important is the guitar’s dual-voice pickup configuration, which seamlessly bridges the gap between classic electric bite and natural acoustic chime. Specifically, a pair of vintage-voiced 85/15 “S” humbuckers deliver modern clarity with plenty of punch, while the onboard piezo system masterfully captures the hollowbody’s organic resonance. Thus, gigging musicians can swiftly transition from heavy electric riffs to sweet acoustic fingerpicking without ever switching instruments.

Moreover, the unique low-tuned baritone scale length unlocks a brand new world of songwriting possibilities for artists who feel restricted by standard tuning. Accordingly, it serves as an excellent tool for solo performers who want to fill out their live sound.
